Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Better Life With Apps for your use of AI Thumbnail Maker and this website. By using AI Thumbnail Maker you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. What the service is

AI Thumbnail Maker is a mobile app that uses AI models to generate output from the content you provide. AI Thumbnail Maker generates video thumbnail images from a written prompt and the reference images you supply, so you can produce a cover for the next upload without opening an editor.

2. Your account

An account is created for you anonymously when you install the app; there is no signup form. You are responsible for the installation the account is tied to. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → delete account, as described on the deletion page.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are sold as in-app subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The store, not us, takes your payment.
• The price, the billing period and the renewal terms are shown on the purchase screen in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them.
• You cancel through the store, not through us. Use Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions on Android. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by the store under the store's own policy. We do not hold your payment method and cannot charge or refund you directly.

4. AI output

Output is generated by AI models and is probabilistic. The same input can produce different results, and a result can be wrong, incomplete or not what you asked for. We do not warrant that any output is accurate, original, unique to you, or fit for a particular purpose.

Thumbnails are produced by an image model. Any text rendered inside a generated image can be misspelled or wrong, and likenesses, logos and products can be reproduced inaccurately. Review a thumbnail before you publish it, and only upload reference images you have the right to use.

You decide whether an output is good enough to use. Checking it before you print, publish, share or rely on it is your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use AI Thumbnail Maker to:

• upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• upload or generate sexual content involving minors, content that sexualises real people without their consent, or content that harasses, defames or threatens someone;
• create material designed to deceive — impersonation, forged documents, fake identification or misleading claims about a real person or business;
• break the law that applies to you, or the rules of any marketplace, platform or store you publish the output on;
• attack, overload, reverse-engineer or work around the limits of the service, or automate access to it outside the app.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content and your output

You keep the rights to everything you upload, and to the output the app generates for you. We do not claim ownership of either.

You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, to send it to our AI provider so that a result can be generated, and to store, show and export the result back to you. That permission ends when the content is deleted.

You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you upload.

7. Our intellectual property

The app itself — its software, its interface, its design, its name and its branding — belongs to Better Life With Apps. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app. They do not give you any right to copy, sell, sublicense or reuse the app or its branding.

8. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and we may set and change limits on generation. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, or that a generation job will always succeed.

9. No warranty

AI Thumbnail Maker is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Better Life With Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or the cost of printing, publishing or acting on an output that turned out to be wrong.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to AI Thumbnail Maker is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

You may stop using AI Thumbnail Maker at any time and have your account deleted, as described on the deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes arising from them are subject to the courts of Türkiye. If you use AI Thumbnail Maker as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

13. Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top of this page says when we last did. Continuing to use AI Thumbnail Maker after a change means you accept the updated terms.
